  1. Question on these Mundra practices- what if one cannot do them proficiently? I am having a hard time with the Bhundi Mundra. I can’t completely extend my ring finger away and/or out straight from my pinky finger. The hand shakes and it is difficult to hold this position. What do you suggest?
